I love you Kratzy's. Your food is amazing. The portions are generous. Friday night fish fry is stellar, and my business lunches coming back from OF have been fantastic. Thank you for being awesome. Will continue to recommend F&F.

We pulled in Kratzy's for lunch in our way to Inlet for the weekend. The food was delicious. We had the Beef brisket sandwich special. Big sandwich with the best Dijon horsey sauce! I'll go back for it again! Breaded pickles were crispy, crunchy and tangy just like we like em! Mushroom stew was a little misnamed as it was more of a tomato based pulled pork stew with mushrooms, but really good and served with a toasted roll! We loved the friendly staff, Doser the beautiful black lab and the food! All round a great find!!!

Excellent food! My husband and I shared a fish fry and a buffalo burger, and both were great. The fish fry was solid, not too greasy, with tender and flaky fish. The coleslaw was light and tangy (and there was a nice big serving of it, too, not just the skimpy ramekin's worth that so many places give you), and the mac salad rivaled my homemade version -- it may, in fact, be better than mine. The buffalo burger came with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and cheese, and tasted like a philly cheese steak. The burger itself was delicious and actually cooked to my specifications -- all too often, I find that asking to have a burger cooked medium is pointless, and while this was more medium-rare, it was still very juicy. A sturdier bun would have been nice, as the burger had completely soaked through the bottom of the bun before I even took a bite, but it was so delicious that I didn't really care. My son ordered the Kratzenburger and raved about it. My daughter tried the philly cheese steak and while she said it was good, it was clear she wasn't as impressed as the rest of us were with our meals.
The only quibble I have about our experience was that I received a regular Coke instead of a Diet Coke, and when I politely mentioned it to the waitress, she argued with me about it. All four of us had tasted it and agreed that it was clearly Coke, but she kept insisting that it was diet because she'd poured it herself. I definitely am not the kind of person who believes that "the customer is always right" but her angry, defensive attitude wasn't called for, especially for such a small issue. A simple "Oh, so sorry about that, let me get you another" would have been a better and more professional way to handle the situation.
At any rate, we'll definitely be back next year, and probably more than once, when we return to the Adirondacks for our annual vacation! -

Over a 2 hr wait for food. Hardly anyone in there having dinner. Food was okay and the single waitress they had working was doing the best she could. Next time she may want to utilize a pen and pad to write the orders down along with sneakers....the memorize technique with block shoes just was not working for her.

Elk burger was awesome!! Had the buffalo burger but but while it is good I don't think I like buffalo. Beer battered cheese curds were to die for. They also have catfish and frog legs but we will be going back for those another time. My son ordered the BLT and I know this is usually a basic order it was huge and delish. Everything about this place was awesome and the service was great!!!
